The wait is finally over! We all know when August rolls around, there’s absolutely nothing more pressing than getting as many Elote Chicken Sandwiches as possible. This cult-classic features juicy Fiamma fried chicken thigh topped with crispy Pepper Jack cheese frico, charred sweet corn, cotija and house queso. Finished with a dusting of Tajin & fresh cilantro on buttery buns with a smear of garlic mayo. IYKYK….. (and if you don’t know come find out, we apologise in advance for the new obsession)
