Originating as a Havana street food, then taking off as a staple of Miami cuisine, and now taking a little vacation to Bellingham. Our take on the Cuba Frita features two chorizo spiced beef patties grilled with onions, two slices of sharp American cheese, a heap of shoestring potatoes, tabasco-tajin ketchup, pickles and Fiamma sauce. Simple preparation and bold flavors make this a perfect first-burger-of-the-year!
