The Hatch is Back! September has graced us with the bold, the beautiful, the Hatch Chile Smash. Double beef patties grilled up with onions and topped with not one…not two…. But THREE cheeses - Xtra sharp American, Pepper Jack and Queso. Smothered with Hatch Chiles and piled high with crispy fried onions on buttery buns with a smear of Fiamma Sauce.
