Frito Pie Smash

What happens when you take a southern street food classic and turn it into a smash burger? Only good things. We grill up double beef patties with onions, top ‘em with sharp American cheese then give ‘em a smothering of chili con carne and queso cheese. Then, we stack it up with Tajin dusted Fritos, shaves pickled jalapeños and diced raw onion all on buttery buns smeared with garlic mayo.  Meaty, cheesy, Frito-y goodness.
