Introducing our newest permanent menu fixture…QUESO MOJOS! Mojo potatoes are made from hunks and chunks of yukon gold potatoes, fried with a perfectly crispy outside and delightful fluffy inside. These ones are drizzled with melty, creamy, can-never-have-too-much queso and are topped off with crispy fried onions and hot house-pickled Diablo peppers. Cheesy, spicy, fried-potato goodness… Seriously, what more could you ask for?
