We’re kicking off the new year with another old menu favorite - the Wild Salmon Smash! Our Wild Alaskan salmon patty has a simply scrumptious blend of brightness and warmth with sesame, scallion, chili and just a hint of soy sauce. Topped off with lettuce, tomato, onion and a schmear of scallion-jalapeno tartar sauce, this sandwich is loaded with subtle flavors that highlight the natural deliciousness of wild salmon.
